Fall Collection

Fall and Winter Outdoor Upgrades

The season does not end when the evenings cool off — it changes. From September the outdoor spaces that keep earning are the ones with heat in them. Patio heater searches roughly triple between September and November, and by January the biggest outdoor category in the country is saunas. This is where that demand goes.

In Season Now

The short list. Whatever is genuinely worth buying this month, and nothing else. It changes four times a year, and everything on it shows a real delivery price at checkout rather than a quote sent afterwards.

Patio Heaters

The difference between a patio that empties at eight o'clock and one that stays full. Electric infrared from $825.95, running at roughly 68 cents an hour against about $2 an hour on propane — the opposite of what most people assume.

Fire Pits

Smokeless pits from $608.95 so nobody spends the evening moving their chair out of the smoke, plus gas fire tables that go on and off with a switch. Handmade USA steel from $395.95 with a lifetime warranty.

Wood-Fired Hot Tubs

No electrician, no plumber, no permit, and nothing to run but firewood. A cedar or stainless tub and a stove — from $2,995.95, and several of them work hot in winter and cold in summer.

Outdoor Saunas

Barrel and cabin saunas from $4,295.95 with the heater included. January is the busiest month of the year for these, so it is worth being ready before then rather than after.

Cold Plunge & Hot Tubs

The cold half of the ritual, from $1,695.95 for a cedar ice bath that needs no power, no plumbing and no installation at all. Pair it with a sauna and you have something almost nobody else offers.

Why Fall Is the Right Time to Buy, Not Spring

The photograph is the booking

Guests book what they can already picture themselves doing. Steam coming off a tub with frost on the ground, or a fire pit with people actually sitting around it, does more for a listing than any interior styling. Those photographs can only be taken once the thing is installed.

It fills the months that are hard to fill

Most outdoor upgrades earn between May and September. Heat earns in exactly the months when calendars go quiet and nightly rates soften — which is the whole argument for buying one.

Lead times are real

Anything that ships by freight takes weeks, not days, and the queue gets longer as the season goes on. Ordering in September means using it in October. Ordering in December often means using it in spring.

A note on delivery. Heaters, fire pits, saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs on these pages all show a real delivery price at checkout. Where an item genuinely ships by freight, we quote the actual cost for your address rather than guessing — use the Request a Custom Quote button and you will get a real number before you commit.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Work out what an upgrade is actually worth against what it costs with the ROI calculator, or just tell us what you are trying to fix — a patio nobody uses after dark, a quiet January, a listing that looks like every other one in town — and we will point you at the right thing rather than the most expensive thing.
