30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received. To initiate a return, email us at sales@optimaloutdooroasis.com with your order number.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in “like new” condition (unused, uninstalled, no signs of wear).

All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.

Note: Items that have been used, installed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Large/Freight Items: Due to the size and weight of structures like gazebos and sheds, return shipping costs are significant. If a return is authorized, we will provide you with a shipping quote prior to final processing.
Restocking Fees

For standard items: No restocking fees apply.

For large, freight-shipped, or made-to-order items: A 10% restocking fee applies to returns to cover manufacturer processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email photos of the item and packaging to sales@optimaloutdooroasis.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to our standard return process and applicable return shipping costs.
