Shipping

At Optimal Outdoor Oasis, we are committed to transparent and efficient delivery. We ship throughout the contiguous United States.

Shipping Costs
Most of our products ship free. Large freight items work differently, and there are two ways it can go:

  • On some oversized items, shipping is calculated and charged at checkout.
  • On our made-to-order structures, such as our grain bin gazebos, you can get a real freight quote to your ZIP code on the product page before you buy, but shipping is not charged at checkout. We book your carrier once your structure is built and invoice the actual freight cost before it ships.

The product page always tells you which applies. If anything is unclear, call or email us before you order and we will walk you through it.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. We will verify product availability. If an item is back-ordered, made-to-order, or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you via email with updated timelines or alternative options.

Shipping Timeframes
Our shipping timelines reflect the nature of our products:

  • Standard Items (In-Stock)
    • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Large / Oversized Items
    • Processing Time: 3–7 business days
    • Delivery Time: 1–2 weeks (via LTL/Freight)
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products (e.g., Gazebos, Shed Kits)
    • Build Time: these are built to order, and build time varies by product and by how busy the manufacturer is. It typically runs anywhere from about three weeks to about three months.
    • Truck Transit: added on top of the build time, usually several days to about two weeks depending on distance.
    • The current lead time is listed on each product page. Because these numbers move with the manufacturer’s backlog, please call us for today’s figure before planning around a specific date.

Freight Deliveries
Large structures ship by specialized freight carrier, usually on a pallet or in a crate. Freight is not like a parcel delivery, so please read this part carefully:

  • Once your shipment is on a truck, the carrier contacts you directly to arrange delivery. We are not able to promise a specific day or time window in advance.
  • Delivery is curbside, meaning the nearest point the truck can safely reach. The driver brings your shipment to the back of the trailer. Drivers are not required to carry it into your yard or set it in a particular spot.
  • Unloading is your responsibility, and you need to plan for it. A crate can weigh over 2,000 lbs.
  • Lift gates cannot be used on long crates. Carriers cap lift gate service at 8 feet, and several of our structures ship in crates longer than that. For those shipments a lift gate is not available at any price, so you will need a forklift or a tractor with forks on site, or several strong helpers and a plan for getting the crate off the truck. Please arrange this before delivery day.
  • If you are not sure what your delivery will need, contact us before you order and we will tell you the crate size and weight for your specific item.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. For freight shipments, carriers will coordinate delivery directly with you.

Damages
We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery, before you sign for them.

  • If damage is visible, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment. Signing a clean delivery receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.
  • If you accept the delivery and find damage, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at sales@optimaloutdooroasis.com.
