Match Lit or electronic?
Two ignitions are offered on this bowl. Match Lit is the simpler and cheaper of the pair — you light it yourself at the key valve with a long lighter, and there is nothing electronic in the system to go wrong. Low Voltage Electronic lights it from a switch or a remote, which is worth the difference if guests use it.
The gas type is built in, so decide before you order: natural gas from a fixed line, or liquid propane from a tank kept nearby and out of sight.

Your fire pit is built for your order — your size, your finish, your fuel type — so it isn’t pulled off a shelf. Production runs about 3 to 4 weeks, then it goes out on a freight truck. Figure four to six weeks from your order to your patio.
Shipping is free — the price you see is the price you pay. No freight bill afterward, no surprise at checkout.
When it is built, the freight carrier calls you to set a delivery window, so someone needs to be home to meet the truck and sign for it. Look the crate over before you sign — freight damage is rare, but it can only be put right if it is noted on the paperwork at the time.
Professional installation. As a gas fire feature, this should follow all clearances and local codes for your selected fuel type, and professional installation is recommended. If you don’t have a preferred installer, contact us and we can point you toward qualified professional installation for your setup.
