Your wind guard is built for your order, your fire pit model, size, and shape, so it isn't pulled off a shelf. Production runs about 3 to 4 weeks, then it goes out on a freight truck. Figure four to six weeks from your order to your patio.

When it's built, the freight carrier calls you to set a delivery window, so someone needs to be home to meet the truck and sign for it. Look the crate over before you sign, freight damage is rare, but it can only be put right if it's noted on the paperwork at the time.
