All five systems here are gas — the difference is how the flame gets lit and what happens if it blows out. Match Lit: key valve and a long lighter, lowest price, fewest parts. Match Lit with Flame Sense (LC certified): the same, plus automatic gas shut-off. Flame Sense with Spark: push-button. Low Voltage Electronic and Plug and Play (both CSA certified): switch, remote or wall outlet.
Choose the fuel to match the property. Natural gas for a permanent spot with a line; liquid propane for anywhere a line is not practical.

Choosing between 18″ and 24″ tall
The Unity 72″ is built in two heights, and the choice matters more for how it sits with your furniture than for how it looks on its own. Height is chosen alongside your fuel type, so that menu shows four combinations.
18″ tall is coffee-table height. It lands at about the same level as a patio chair seat, so it sits low among lounge furniture arranged around it — the feet-out, sunk-into-the-cushions setup most patios are built for.
24″ tall is side-table height — roughly where an end table beside a chair sits, six inches up from the 18″. The flame sits further up in the eyeline, stays visible when people are standing rather than sunk into low chairs, and reads more strongly in photographs across a larger space.
The short version: low lounge seating, take the 18″. Taller chairs, a bigger patio, or a fire you want working hard in your listing photos, take the 24″. The 24″ runs a few hundred dollars more, and the price updates as soon as you change the selection.

Your fire pit is built for your order — your size, your finish, your fuel type — so it isn’t pulled off a shelf. Production runs about 3 to 4 weeks, then it goes out on a freight truck. Figure four to six weeks from your order to your patio.
Shipping is free — the price you see is the price you pay. No freight bill afterward, no surprise at checkout.
When it is built, the freight carrier calls you to set a delivery window, so someone needs to be home to meet the truck and sign for it. Look the crate over before you sign — freight damage is rare, but it can only be put right if it is noted on the paperwork at the time.
Professional installation. As a gas fire feature, this should follow all clearances and local codes for your selected fuel type, and professional installation is recommended. If you don’t have a preferred installer, contact us and we can point you toward qualified professional installation for your setup.
