Wiring and Installation

Install the post first, then mount the lantern on top and connect it with the included wires and ground screw. If power isn't already run to the post location, you'll need a line trenched to it. That's a job for a licensed electrician, and it should meet your local electrical code. Call 811 before anyone digs.

Delivery and Lead Time

Yard Craft quotes about 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery. That's an average, not a promise, so call or text us for today's number. Delivery is included to the lower 48 states. Inspect the box with the driver before they leave. If the lantern is damaged, you can refuse it on the spot.

Warranty, Returns and the Fine Print

Yard Craft gives the Lancaster a 1-year limited warranty covering its craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces and general aging from the weather aren't covered. Returns for a valid reason are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but they must be approved first. You pay the return freight, and restocking fees may apply. Cancellations are refunded within 10 business days of ordering, unless work on your order has already started. Ask us before you order if you have any doubts.
