Description
A fire feature can look like an add-on or like it was always part of the design. The Outdoor Plus Cabo 90" Linear is firmly the latter, a long, low fire pit with the clean silhouette of high-end architectural hardscape rather than a bulky bolt-on.
Fabricated and finished in the USA, the Cabo is a metal fire pit with crisp, architectural edges, the collection featured on the Netflix series The Agency. At seven and a half feet long this is the largest piece in the collection, the one that anchors a terrace rather than decorating a patio. Choose from ten finishes, five ignition systems, and either natural gas or liquid propane.
Why the 90" Cabo Linear
A five-and-a-half-foot line of flame
The 90" measures 90" L x 38" W x 16" H, with a 66" x 16" burning area running down the center. That is the specification that separates this from the rest of the line. The 56" and 66" share a 36" burner; this one nearly doubles it. Stand at one end and the flame runs away from you the length of a sofa.
190,000 BTU running the length of the opening
The burner runs down the center rather than sitting as a small pool in a large table, so the flame reads as a continuous line the whole way along. That is real output, and it means real clearance: give it room on all sides and keep furniture back the distance your installer specifies. Lava rock is included. If you upgrade to fire glass, the suggested fill for this size is 111 lbs.
Be honest about the space first
Seven and a half feet is longer than most patios can carry gracefully, and this is the most expensive piece in the collection. If you are furnishing a standard back patio rather than a long terrace or a poolside run, the 66" will look better and cost thousands less. Buy this one because the space genuinely calls for it, not because it is the biggest.
Metal, built to hold a crisp edge
Corten steel weathers to a deep russet patina over its first year and then stabilizes. Hammered patina copper develops its own living finish. Stainless steel and the powder-coat colors stay as delivered. All four are built for permanent outdoor exposure.
Choosing Your Options
Natural gas or liquid propane
Natural gas runs off a plumbed line and never needs refilling, which is the better answer if you already have a gas stub or are willing to have one run. At this output that matters more than usual, a burner this size works through a propane tank faster than a smaller one. Liquid propane means no plumbing but a tank to swap and somewhere to hide it. The burner is configured for your choice at the factory and cannot be swapped later.
The five ignition systems, in plain English
- Match Lit, the simplest and least expensive. You turn a key valve and light it yourself. No power needed.
- Match Lit with Flame Sense, the same, plus a sensor that shuts the gas off if the flame blows out.
- Flame Sense with Spark, adds a push-button spark so you are not holding a lighter over the burner.
- Low Voltage Electronic (CSA certified), on and off from a remote or a wall switch. Needs a transformer and a power source nearby.
- Plug and Play (CSA certified), the same convenience, wired to plug into a standard outlet. The easiest of the electronic options to install.
If an inspector or local code is involved, the CSA-certified options are the ones with documentation on file, and on a burner this size an inspector is more likely to be involved.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery included. Built to order, ships in 3–4 weeks.
Your fire pit is built for your order, your finish, your ignition, your fuel type, so it isn't pulled off a shelf. Production runs about 3 to 4 weeks, then it goes out on a freight truck. Figure four to six weeks from your order to your patio.
Delivery is included in the price you see. No freight bill afterward, no surprise at checkout. Delivery is to the continental US, to your driveway or a designated spot on the property, with a liftgate where the size allows.
This is a seven-and-a-half-foot crate and it is heavy. Plan the route from the truck to the final position before delivery day, check gate widths and any steps, and have help lined up. When it's built, the freight carrier calls you to set a delivery window. Someone needs to be home to meet the truck and sign for it. Look the crate over before you sign, freight damage is rare, but it can only be put right if it's noted on the paperwork at the time.
Professional installation. As a gas fire feature, the Cabo should follow all clearances and local codes for your selected fuel type, and professional installation is recommended. If you don't have a preferred installer, contact us and we can point you toward qualified professional installation for your setup.
