What GFRC actually is

GFRC stands for glass fiber reinforced concrete. It is concrete with glass fiber run through it instead of steel rebar, which lets the panel be cast thin and light enough to handle while staying far stronger than plain cast concrete. It does not rust from the inside the way steel-reinforced concrete can, which is what makes it suitable for something that sits outdoors permanently.
