Shipping & Installation

Ships free to all contiguous US addresses — no PO Boxes. Orders process within 12–24 hours Monday through Friday. Given gate size and weight, shipment is via LTL freight — typically 7–20 business days. Rural surcharges may apply and are calculated at checkout.

Inspect all panels carefully before signing off with the carrier. Photograph any damage before accepting — freight claims require documented evidence at delivery. The 12-foot gate may arrive in two sections — inspect both.

Installation requires setting the 8-foot posts in concrete footings at your measured gate width. Allow concrete to cure fully before hanging panels — minimum 24–72 hours depending on conditions. Hang panels on the J-bolt hinges and adjust for level swing clearance.
