Shipping & Installation

Once complete, we ship it to you free of charge within the continental USA; given the weight of the larger 37" and 41" sizes, those ship via freight, so we recommend inspecting the fire bowl closely as soon as it arrives before signing off on delivery. No assembly is required on your end — it's ready to place the moment it's uncrated.

There's no installation beyond placement, making this a same-day setup once the piece has arrived. If you plan to use the Blocking Plate accessory to close off the Rain Drain, we recommend having it on hand at delivery so it's ready to install right away.
