Shipping & Installation

Both pieces ship free to the contiguous US — that's a real price at checkout, not a quote you get emailed afterward. They may arrive on separate trucks depending on where you are, so don't plan on one combined delivery. The sauna ships LTL freight at 896 lbs, typically 7 to 20 business days. The ice bath arrives fully assembled and, depending on your location, may come faster via standard ground delivery (3 to 5 business days) or on the same LTL timeline as the sauna. Check both for freight damage before you sign for delivery, and note rural surcharges may apply to either shipment (no PO Box addresses on either).
