What curbside delivery means

The freight driver brings the crate to the curb at the end of your driveway, and that is where it stops. Drivers do not take freight into a garage, a backyard, or around the side of a house. This is a heavy crated shipment, so work out how you will move it from the curb before it arrives. Call us and we will get you the crate weight for your model.

Three things you need to do

1. Be there. Someone has to be present to receive and sign for the delivery. If nobody is there, the freight company charges a redelivery fee.
2. Inspect before you sign. Check the crate for damage in front of the driver and note anything you find on the delivery receipt before you sign. Photograph it.
3. Report hidden damage within 3 business days. Damage you could not see at delivery has to be reported inside that window, with photographs, or the claim may not be accepted.

Before your first session

Assembly is required. The heater runs on a dedicated 220–240V circuit and must be wired in by a licensed electrician before first use. Book that work for the week of delivery so the sauna is not sitting unused while you wait on an electrician.
